Journeys with Salesforce Entry Events cannot be renamed, copied, or activated after being deployed via Package Manager

When packaging a journey with a Salesforce Entry Event and deploying it in a different Business Unit, you are unable to rename, copy, or activate the journey.
1. New Multi-Step Journey
2. Add Salesforce Data Entry Source
-Select "Salesforce Data"
-Select Object: Account -> CreatedBy ID (User) -> CreatedBy ID (User)
-Entry Criteria: Check "Is Created"
-Filter Criteria: Next
-Entry Data: Next
3. Save Journey
4. Package Journey
5. Deploy Journey to a different BU
6. Open Journey
7. Rename Journey
Attempt to Save Journey
1. Open deployed Journey
2. Remove the Entry Source
3. Rebuild the Entry Source
4. Save the Journey
