Summary
The issue seems to happen only with the email template built using the template builder, and issue is seen with campaign list email for now.

When we select the template from the list email on campaign on click on send the below pop-up message is thrown.

This email is too big

This email exceeds the allowed size. Either shorten the text or remove some images. If you choose to send it anyway, part of the email will be cut off.

Repro
1. Go to campaign
2. Select a campaign and click on list email
3. Use the template, which was built using the template builder

Actual Results: customer is getting a pop up for email size. "This email is too big"

Workaround
Shorten the email template, by removing images or characters, until the error is not seen.
