Yandex API | Certain Dates in Request Cause Job Failure

Summary
When utilizing the Yandex api, including the following dates in a process request will cause an error at the provider for some clients:
March 24
March 30
April 1
April 11
April 13
April 14
This issue was known previously but only known to impact March 24th; at that time the issue was due to an error at the provider (Yandex's) side and could not be corrected by our team.
Repro
Create an implementation of the Yandex API and include any of the following dates within the range of a job:
March 24
March 30
April 1
April 11
April 13
April 14
A provider or unknown error will cause the job to fail.
Date ranges not including the dates above will process as expected.
Workaround
Utilize a totalconnect stream to pull in the data from a report that captures the problematic dates.
