Summary
The maximum Flight Date Range of an IO is three years. Within the IO management Screen, it's possible to set an IO with Flight Dates longer than three years which is prohibited by design for IOs.

Repro
Set an IO date Range via the IO management.

Workaround
There is no workaround for this unexpected behavior at the moment.
