Fixed - Spring '22 Patch 16.0

Summary
The Copy and Layout button icons inside the Email Template Builder are not visible

Repro
1. Open existing or create new email template

2. Click "Edit in Builder" button to open the builder

3. Insert a new component, hover the mouse over the new component to check if the first two icons (copy & layout) are visible

Workaround
Despite the icons not appearing, the (invisible) buttons are still clickable
