Salesforce Partner Community - Partners are unable to see obtained Certifications

Some Partners are unable to see obtained Certifications in the Business tab or Manage tab of the Partner Community, although certifications are linked and may have been previously populated.
a: Obtain a Salesforce Certification
b: Login to the Partner Community: https://partners.salesforce.com/
c: Click on the Business or Manage tab
d: No Certifications are visible
No known workaround at this time. Please log a case in Partner Community to report an issue.
