SMS Delivery Failure From Journey Builder

No records will be sent out of the journey If there are any duplicates present in the entry source of the journey
To Verify the existing Issue please follow the below steps:
1) Open Journey Builder
2) Create entry source as Data Extension and that Data Extension should contain duplicates.
3) In this screen we can see number of records entered into the Journey but none of them will be sent out.
4) Select the Journey Analytics
Zero records were sent out and Data Extension number records were processed successfully
Import the DE into a MobileConnect list first, which will establish the contact and address, and then injecting the DE into the journey
