Accounts with social media handle (linked via SocialPersona) cannot view account in Classic

Summary
Accounts with social media handle (linked via SocialPersona) cannot view account in Classic. The error message " Insufficient Privileges" appears for all the users including the system administrator.
This may also occur for Leads and Contacts in Classic if social media handles are linked
Repro
1. Link account with social media handle
2.Navigate to the Account in Classic as the system administrator.
3. Error: Insufficient Privileges
You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary. For more information, see Insufficient Privileges Errors.
Workaround
Turn off "Use Social Accounts and Contacts" under My Settings->My Social Accounts and Contacts
