Styling breaks in emails sent to MS Outlook and built with Pardot’s Email Lightning Builder

Since the Winter '22 release, if a user creates/edits an email in the Pardot Lightning Builder and sends that to an Outlook client, the formatting will not display correctly. This only applies to templates that were created or edited after the release.
Create or edit an email template with the Pardot Lighnting Email Builder and send it to an Outlook prospect
Create or edit email template within the Pardot Classic Builder before sending to an Outlook prospect
