Data is Missing From Some AppExchange App Analytics Subscriber Snapshots

Salesforce partners who use AppExchange App Analytics to retrieve package usage data may be missing subscriber snapshot data for a specific date range. This occurred because of an issue related to the deployment of the Winter ‘22 release. Subscriber snapshot data isn’t available for the following dates: October 9, 2021 through October 18, 2021. Package log file and package usage summary data aren’t affected.
Use Salesforce CLI to create an App Analytics query request for subscriber snapshots between October 09, 2021 and October 18, 2021.
The query returns an empty data file.
The issue is resolved for subscriber snapshot data before October 9, 2021 and after October 18, 2021. Data between October 9, 2021 and October 18, 2021 can’t be recovered and isn’t available.
