Summary
Due to an unexpected behavior while navigating to Visits and checking for Planogram Tasks that are completed under it and reviewing the photo added on it the *review *button ends up showing the gack error as below:
*This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. First, would you give us some details? (We're reporting this as error ID: 1673173718)*
Here the User 1 adds the photos/Images on Planogram Task
User 2 does not have the Read Access to related Assessment Task record, Planogram and Realogram Image records, Content Document linked to the Realogram and thus ends up seeing the gack message when reviewing the Planogram Photo Instead of the Error Message on UI
Repro
1. Login to the org which has Consumer Goods enabled and Navigate to Planogram Task under the visit which has Images added by the User 1
2. Navigate to Review button under Planogram Task using User 2 who does not have the below access:
Read access to Assessment Task record
Both the Planogram and Realogram Image records
Content Document linked to the Realogram.
3. Click on the Review button beside Add Photo
4. You will see the error *This page has an error. You might just need to refresh it. First, would you give us some details? (We're reporting this as error ID: 1673173718)*
Workaround
The issue can be resolved by providing the Read Access to the following for the User 2 as the UI does not give error message
Assessment Task record
Both the Planogram and Realogram Image records
Content Document linked to the Realogram.
