Summary
In an Email Content, when duplicating Dynamic Preheader Rules, the Preheader Values all save to the last Duplicated Rule

Repro
1. In an Email Content, clicked on the Dynamic Preheaders button
2. Add the first rule. Set the Preheader Value to 1, set any criteria
3. Duplicate the first rule. Set the Preheader Value to 2 for the second rule and set new criteria
4. Duplicate the second rule. Set the Preheader Value to 3 for the third and set new criteria
5. Duplicate the Third rule. Set the Preheader Value to 4 for the third rule and set new criteria
6. Clicked Save for the Dynamic Preheaders
7. Clicked the Dynamic Preheaders button once more, and you should see the Preheader Value as 4 for all four rules - overwriting the values saved

Workaround
When adding additional rules manually instead of duplicating, all values save properly (just not duplicating and creating new rules instead.)
