Updating DE data manually in Contact Builder can result in duplicate row when as part of it's Primary Key has a date and time field.

Repro
1. Create a DE that as part of it's Primary Key has a date and time field.
2. Import records to DE
3. Go to Contact Builder > Data Extension Modify a non-PK value
4. You can see a new record is instead of being updated the modified column.

Workaround
Use Import Activity.
