Summary
When navigating with VoiceOver into the User Profile menu in an Experience Cloud the links in the menu do not announce the number of items available.

Repro
1) Open Safari on a ipad
2) Launch the Experience Cloud page.
3) Log in using the community user credentials.
4) Swipe right until you reach the Profile Menu.
5) Follow the VoiceOver directions to interact with the menu and open it.
6) As you swipe right through the menu no numbering is given for the list of menu items. When you attempt the same in Mac laptop or desktop, you can notice that it announce the menu item ( -1 )numbers.
