Icon on Last Published Date on selfService:articleDetailHeader component is incorrectly assigned the role of 'button'. The icon is non-interactable but is announced as a button on screen readers

Repro
1. Login to a community with Knowledge Articles present.
2. Navigate to an article.
3. When using a screen reader, notice the icon for Last Modified date is labeled incorrectly as a button.
