Summary
Under certain conditions, the action + action rules filtering date will send the first defined date range and not the current date range defined.

Repro
1. Create a new action + action rule filtering a certain date range.
2. Save it.
3. Change the date range of the action rule.

Workaround
Create a new action + action rule containing the new filtered date.
