Scrutiny to update Invalid dates in VisualforceAccessMetrics records.

VisualforceAccessMetrics query is failing due to corrupted data in LogDate Field
1) Login to customer org
2) Open Developer Console and Run this standard VisualforceAccessMetrics query :
SELECT Id, MetricsDate, ApexPageId, ProfileId, SystemModstamp, DailyPageViewCount,LogDate FROM VisualforceAccessMetric
3) Invalid Date error will pop up on Log Date Field (Due to corrupted date)
As per Product Team the following is the workaround query to get the VisualforceAccessMetrics :
SELECT ApexPageId, DailyPageViewCount, Id, ProfileId, MetricsDate, logDate FROM VisualforceAccessMetrics Where MetricsDate = Last_90_DAYS
