Bulk User Import batches get stuck without a way to cancel them

Occasionally, when a workplace imports a large user import file, the upload batch will get "stuck" in the processing state for a very long time with no way to cancel the job or export the results file to see an error.
1) Go to User Management -> Import
2) Drag and drop or choose a csv file from your machine to import/update users
Retry the import batch and confirm the process completed successfully.
