Summary
Users with SSO+MFA with High Assurance enabled experience Salesforce Outlook Integration add-in logout if they unpin the add-in side panel.
Repro
1. Set up a user with SSO+MFA with High Assurance
2. Log in to Outlook Integration add-in on Outlook desktop
3. Observe that the initial login is successful
4. Unpin the add-in
5. Close the side panel or navigate to another email and re-open the Outlook Integration side panel
6. Observe the user is logged out of the add-in or prompts to verify the Identity again
Workaround
Keep the add-in pinned.
