Summary
Within Salesforce CDP, the Segment filters for "Is Today" currently calculates dates based on the current time. Any time after the current hour, even if for the current date, will be considered as tomorrow. Similar behavior is seen for "Is Yesterday" or "Is Tomorrow".
Repro
1) Within CDP, navigate to a segment
2) Edit rules
3) Drag a date over to selected attributes
4) Attempt to filter on "Is Today"
5) Save and Publish Now
6) Any records that have a timestamp that is today, but after the publish time, will not be included.
Workaround
Create a formula field in your data stream that uses the DAYPRECISION() function to convert the time values to 00:00:00 which can then be used in the segment as desired.
