In specific scenarios, for some customers, encryption checks consume more resources than normal, leading to Apex Timeouts during Bulk upsert actions.
Enable Person Accounts
Have a number of encrypted fields, along with a high number of general fields for both Account and Contact
Preform a large bulk upset.
