Summary
If you set up a Field Dependency between two Fields and then you present the controlled Field in the "View Duplicates" screen the values that are shown are the "API Names" and not the appropriate labels.

Repro
1. Create a picklist field on Accounts object Setup → Customize → Account → New field.. Add the picklist values as a “Value 1”, “Value 2”, and “Value 3”.
2. Add the picklist field to the Search Layout under Accounts. Setup → Customize → Accounts → Search Layouts → Click "Edit" on "Search Layouts".
3. Make sure you have any active Matching and Duplicate rules on Account.
4. Create two accounts such that the Matching criteria is met and they will be flagged as duplicate.

Click on “View Duplicates” and observe the picklist field. The "API Name" is the value displayed in the "View Duplicates" screen.
