Summary
Appointment Assistant Real-Time Location's En-Route Platform event isn't triggered if the quick action doesn't include the Status field on the action's layout.
Repro
1. Create a quick action in Field Service Mobile to update the status.
2. Remove the Status field from the page layout.
3. Change the status of the appointment using the quick action.
Workaround
Add the status field to the page layout.
