Summary
Record List component layout in other tabs is corrupted when selecting a list view within a tab.

Repro
1) Login to a fresh org.
2) Create a Partner Central Template community.
3) Access to the community builder.
4) Place "Tab" component to the New Page.
5) Select "Tab1", place "Record List" component within the tab. No change is required for the "Record List" component.
6) Place "Record List" component within Tab2 and Tab3 as well.
7) Publish the community.

#Reproduce the issue
1) Access to the community.
2) Navigate to all the 3 tabs and let the default list view get loaded
3) At any tab, select any other list view.
4) Now navigate to any other tab.
5) The list view is corrupted.

Workaround
Refresh the browser tab.
