Last updated 2021-10-22 ·Reference W-10048239 ·Reported By 1 users
Fixed in version Marketing Cloud Release October 2021 Patch 2
In Einstein Content Selection Settings, when using a 24 hour locale breaks recurring import time selection for Sync Data Extension.
1) Set "Japanese" as a primary language in Chrome language setting.
2) In Einstein Content Selection > Setting > Sync Data Extension.
3) You can see the time appear in 24 hour time.
4) Select a time and save.
5) An error will be displayed on the screen.
As a workaround, please set browser language to a non-24 hour locale (e.g. English (United States)) and change the setting, then set back to desired language.
