Summary
Detail tabs in records with LWC pinned region templates are not treated the same as other subtabs.
So, when a custom code tries to replace the detail's tab content, the component which handles the update cannot "find" the tab.

Repro
Setup:
- In a Console App record page with LWC pinned region template.
- Add a component to the record page that will force a replace workspace event, e.g. Screen Flow.

Expected behavior:
- Once the replace workspace event is fired, the details tab content should be updated.

Actual Behavior:
- The details tab content stays the same, and only the URL in the browser window is changed.

Workaround
Open the flow in a subtab or in a record without pinned regions.
