Summary
The navigation widget’s tooltip display position is incorrect.
It is always displayed in the upper left corner.

Repro
1) Log in to Salesforce and access "Analytics Studio".

2) Click the "Create" button and select "Dashboard".

3) Select "Create Blank Dashboard".

4) Drag and drop the "Navigation" widget and then click "Preview".

5) When we set the cursor to the title of the navigation widget, a tooltip appears in the upper left corner.
