Summary
When navigating to a Pardot Lightning App (PLA) tab in Salesforce, the user sees a spinning wheel icon and a '401 Unauthorized User' in their browser console.

Repro
1. A CRM username that contains an apostrophe (') is mapped to a Pardot user.
2. The user navigates to PLA in Salesforce and sees a spinning wheel icon upon clicking on any PLA tabs.
3. The user right-clicks on their page in any browser using dev tools and selects 'Inspect'.
4. The browser console tab displays the message '401 Unauthorized User'.

Workaround
▸ Remove the apostrophe (') in the Salesforce user's username
or
▸ Use the Pardot Classic App in Salesforce
