Summary
If a dataset used in a recipe contains a field with dashes (-) in the API name, even if the field isn't used, previewing the input node might produce an error similar to the following:

"The field name 'test-field.Name' contains invalid characters. Use only alphanumeric or underscore (_) characters."

Repro
1) Create a dataset that contains a field with dashes (-) in its API name (Example: test-field.Name)
2) Use this dataset as a source node in a recipe
3) Do not include the field with dashes when selecting columns
4) Click the input node
5) Error generates
