Summary
When a screen flow modal is opened using quick action and navigating to the "Next" button on the footer of the modal with tab kay. The flow navigates to the next screen, but the curser focus will go out of the modal.

Repro
1. Login to salesforce org.
2. Create a screen flow and add to a quick action(of type 'flow') and then add the quick action to the object page layout.
3. When a user tabs through the screen flow modal to the 'Next' button on the screen footer. The next screen is opened but the focus goes out of the modal screen.
