Summary
URL Fields in the Field Service mobile (FSM) app on iOS are getting re-encoded resulting in the wrong URL being passed to other apps such as Sharepoint and Safari.
Repro
Create a custom URL field on Work Order Object named: URL Field TEST
Populated field with this URL: https://www.google.com/search?q=Salesforce%20Mobile
In the FSM app, tap field to see the url is now 'https://www.google.com/search?q=Salesforce%2520Mobile'
