In HVS, target records in a Wait step may not proceed after emails are resheduled

In High Velocity Sales, a target in a Wait step may not proceed if an email from a previous step in the Sales Cadence was rescheduled.
Please note that this is a rare occurrence, reach out to Salesforce Support if you believe you may be impacted.
1. On a target in an Email step that occurs before a Wait step, schedule an email to be sent later.
2. Reschedule the email before it sends.
Actual Result: The target may not advance out of the following Wait step.
Expected Result: The target advances out of the following Wait step.
Note that this occurs rarely, and will no impact all targets when emails are rescheduled.
