Partner User is not able to access the OpportunityLineItemSchedule
Repro
1. Login to Portal as a partner user.
2. Navigate to an Opportunity record > Opportunity Products Related List
3. Select a Product and select Related
4. Select any existing schedule. Error occurs:
"Looks like there's a problem.
We couldn't find the record you're trying to access. It may have been deleted by another user, or there may have been a system error. Ask your administrator for help."
