Unchecking 'Enable System Generated Links' in a Preview and Test is not honoured if the substitution strings are called from content blocks.

When sending a Preview and Test and the 'Enable System Generated Links' the system generated links in the email are disabled. The same links in a content block called by ContentBlockByID() and ContentBlockByName() are not disabled. The links are live and clickable.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
> Create a content area that contains system substitution strings, View as a webpage, unsubscribe, profile center.
> Create an email that makes a call to the content using ContentByID.
> Go to Email Studio.
> Select the email above.
> In the top drop-down select Preview and Test.
> In Subscriber Preview and Attribute, select an audience and subscriber.
> Click the Test Send option (Enveloper with test tube).
> Add an address in INDIVIDUALS.
> Scroll down to checkboxes and uncheck 'Enable System Generated Links'.
> Click Send Test.
> When the email arrives the system substitution strings in the Content Block are live.
We recommend to insert the substitution strings directly to the email body or template and avoid calling them from Content blocks.
