Interaction Studio Dimension not displaying in UI

Dimensions not displaying in User Segment Setup page
1. Enable a new Dimension in Catalog Setup
2. Create a new item for the dimension from the catalog list page.
3. Create a new User Segment
4. Set the following rule: Items > Item Action Count > viewed detail of > [created dimension] > [created item id] > at least > 1 > in the last > 7 days
5. Save the segment
6. Return to the Setup page
Even though the User Segment has saved properly, the dimensions dropdown will be empty.
Review the Overview section below the Segment Name to see that the field is selected.
