When using a Salesforce Entry Event in Journey Builder, if you have a text field that contains data of TRUE or FALSE, these text values will be converted to a boolean value of 1 or 0. These incorrect boolean values will be inserted into your Journey and data extension instead of the text values.
In an integrated account, create a new journey that includes a text field, such first/last name in the Salesforce entry data
Create/Update salesforce records that meets the journey entry criteria and has "True"/"False" in the name fields but is a text data type
Observe the record that gets created in the data extension as a boolean value of 1 or 0 instead of the text value of true or false
Synchronize affected data and use Marketing Cloud Data Extensions to inject the records as needed.
