The Influencer Score Between Social Studio and Social Customer Service Do Not Match

The Influencer Score for a post author is sometimes showing as 1 point higher in Social Customer Service than it is in Social Studio Engage.
- Navigate to Social Studio > Engage and find a post from an author that has an Influencer Score from 1 to 99
- Using a Send to Salesforce Macro, push the post to a Salesforce Org.
- Observe the value displayed on the post in the Org is one point higher than displayed in Social Studio
