Apex Processing Time is sometimes greater than Total Processing Time at Bulk Data Load Job
Last updated 2021-07-29 ·Reference W-9590811 ·Reported By 3 users
Apex Processing Time is sometimes greater than Total Processing Time at Bulk Data Load Job Details page of [Setup]-[Jobs]-[Bulk Data Load Jobs], when each batch size in a Bulk Data Load Job is greater than 200 which is the default chunk size.
That is because each chunked Bulk API processing in a job will calculate Apex Processing Time cumulatively.
View Bulk Data Load Job Details
- Bulk API chunk size = 200 (default and not configurable)
- Batch size > 200
- Create before insert trigger and use some cpu time
Insert 200 or more record to the Object by Bulk API.
There is no current workaround.
On the other hands, even if Apex Processing Time of a batch or a job is greater than Async Apex CPU Limit on the page, Apex CPU Limit exceeded error will not occur.
Is it Fixed?
