"Error Invalid id: 13349" after clicking the Salesforce Maps Mobile tab under Devices Management

In some demo environments, users are getting a "Error Invalid id: 13349" after clicking the Salesforce Maps Mobile tab under Devices Management.
Found in SF Maps v232
1. Enable Live Location in Maps Mobile app
2. Go to Setup > Installed packages > Configure on Maps
3. Under Maps Live Tracking > Devices Management > Salesforce Maps Mobile > Next
4. Error message appears on the top right of the screen.
Expected Result: Show List of Live devices
Actual Result: Error Invalid Id:13349
Create the IoT Device Manually from the Maps IoT Device Object
