Summary
Calls that are in an abandoned state (caller hung up before an agent received the call), may occasionally fail to sync between Amazon Connect and Salesforce. This will result in abandoned calls not updating fields in Salesforce.
Repro
Call in to an inbound queue.
End the call before being routed to an agent.
Workaround
None.
