Einstein Case Wrap-Up exceptions occur for non-admins

Summary
When non-admin users attempt to activate Einstein Case Wrap-Up, they may see an error message on the component that reads "Something went wrong. Refresh the page or contact your Admin for assistance"
An exception is generated with the following message:
"No such column 'AiRecordInsightId' on entity 'AIInsightFeedback'. If you are attempting to use a custom field, be sure to append the '__c' after the custom field name. Please reference your WSDL or the describe call for the appropriate names."

Activate Einstein Case Wrap-Up with a non-admin user
Workaround
None
Note: This issue may not be automatically resolved in Sandbox environments, since the backend issue is related to license definitions. Therefore, in sandbox orgs, non-admin users will need to add the Case Wrap-Up user into the standard Case Classification permission set, in addition to the Case Wrap-Up permission set, once the issue is resolved.
