Fixed - Summer '22 Patch 7.0

Summary
When hover the mouse on Cancel button of actions, the background color of button is turned to the same color of the label, and the text is not visible.

The issue also occurs on other buttons such as Submit button on Change Owner action.

Repro
1.Login to Summer'22 org and switch to LEX.
2.Open an Account record.
3.Click any actions such as [New Opportunity].
4.Hover the mouse on the Cancel button, and button text is not visible.
