Summary
When using the queueMO API for SMS sends in MobileConnect, if a one mobile number in the array encounters a validation error, the entire batch will fail

Repro
1. Make an API call using the queueMO API, including an array of mobile numbers in the payload
2. The payload should include an invalid mobile number
3. All mobile numbers will fail and a string will be returned indicating what mobile number(s) are invalid

Workaround
Remove the mobile number with the validation error from the payload and resubmit with only valid mobile numbers in the batch
