Summary
Some video attachments in Social Customer Service are not rendering properly.

Repro
- Log into a Salesforce Org with Social Customer Service enabled
- Locate a social post that contains a video
- Click on the file that appears and then click play. An error appears.

Workaround
Access the post on the native social network to view the video
