Summary
Marketing Cloud Connect Tracking Results (Individual Email Results) can be delayed up to 24 hours.

Repro
1) Send an email through the Marketing Cloud Connect Integration to a Salesforce Audience
2) Tracking Results for the email send can be delayed up to 24 hours when pushing over to integrated Salesforce Org.

Workaround
Tracking data can be viewed in real time within the Marketing Cloud under Email Studio Tracking.
