Summary
When a user draws a custom polygon using one of the shape tools, they have the option to save the shape layer and additionally plot it on the map. This should remove the already existing boundary from the map and replace it with the newly saved one. Instead it is not removed and the boundary that was saved will also be plotted.

Repro
Issue identified in Maps v2.27
Issue fixed in Maps v234

-Open Maps
-Select one of the polygon tools
-Draw a boundary on the map
-Right click inside boundary > save as shape layer
-Give the layer a name and select a folder
-Click save & plot

Workaround
-Instead of selecting "save & plot" on the new boundary, simply save it and use the existing boundary on the map
-Remove the original boundary from the map after selecting "save & plot"
