Export File doesn't exist on S3 without any error message when exporting Data Extension from Contact Builder
Repro
1.Click Contact Builder | Data Extensions
2.Select a DE
3.Hit the [Export] button
4.Select S3 as Delivery Location
5.Put your email address in Notifications.
6.Hit the [Export] button
7.Check the notification email saying that the export has been completed.
8.Go to the S3 then you will see the file doesn’t exist.
Workaround
Use Email Studio instead of Contact Builder
