Some Subscriber information can be missing within Journey Builder Not Sent Events when the event is not in the current month.
- Create a Transactional Journey Send
Save the send.
- Trigger a send using an email address that will fail List Detective (e.g. email@example.com)
- Wait until the next calendar month
- Go to the Journey
- Click the email
- Click the Not Sent Events
- Scroll down to the last months events and the Contact Key and Email Address will be blank
- Utilize the Not Sent extract to obtain this missing information
