All Contacts view in Contact Builder will not load if Contact count is high

No Fix

Summary
Contact Builder > All contacts is not showing results and the screen is stuck in a loading view or presents 'No Items Found'.

Repro
Go to Contact Builder > All Contacts

Workaround
1) Go to Contact Builder > All Contacts
2) Click any relevant channel ex. 'All Contacts' on left menu.
3) Wait until 'No item found' shows up
4) Click the same channel / source again which was done in step 2
5) Repeat step 2~4 until result show up.
