Summary
When performing Add and Update imports into the All Subscribers list, the notification email sent correctly counts the number of rows updated and validation errors, but shows not for inserted rows when in fact rows have been inserted.

Repro
- Create an Import Definition within Email Studio to Add and Update Subscribers to the All Subscriber List
- Run the Import with Contacts that exist within the account, but not on the All Subscribers List
- Notice that the Import Notification will not include these as being Inserted

Workaround
- No workaround at this time
